Hmmm… I wonder who could have possibly done this? (Note to Miss Jacqui: Generally not the best move to sign the scene of the crime…)

This blog is really about our kids, Jacqui and Kyle:
Jacqui is a wonderfully energetic and opinionated five-year-old. She was born with a rare birth defect known as a lymphatic malformation (LM) and has been through a lot in her young life. She had a trach until she was a year old, had surgery in New York to remove her LM with world renowned surgeon, Dr. Milton Waner (at age three), and still has a G-tube. She is a bright sunny soul in spite of everything.
Kyle is a thoughtful, and slightly reserved 2-year-old with a magical giggle and a wise-looking smile. He is clever and charming and a bundle of pure joy.
Our goal as parents: To treasure every moment and to raise our children to be extraordinary individuals.
Welcome to an inside view of our world!

Hilarious………peanut butter, yum.

I have had that happen with peanut butter before when I was married to my ex and his kids did it! He obviously wasn’t watching them because it was from one end of the house to the other. I know these things happen to the best of us like in your case, but one end of the house to the other end in every crevice that we were still finding remnants a year later when we moved! tsk tsk tsk! The worst part about our situation is I had just had food poisoning the DAY BEFORE after eating peanut butter and to come in and that smell of peanut butter was EVERYWHERE… it turned my stomach
!
So was it Gluten Free, Casein Free???

Too funny. I am sure as the mom cleaning up the messes it gets a tad old. Just like M’s messes here. But, they can be quite entertaining.

You need to share more of the story. At least Jacqui signed her name to take credit for the creativity

there might be nice
things in the future?
I can’t wait— I’ll start the timer! LOL!

LOLOLOLOL! Oh Michelle, we live in parallel universes, just on different sides of the world!
I had a very big belly laugh at this one!
Good that you have a sense of humour.

That’s why we have a second hand sofabed with a slipcover (our Excorcist moment last week-prime example)! And partially the reason for the newly painted entertainment center!!! And walls! When we own our own place, it will be laminate flooring instead of carpeting (why on earth apartments keep carpeting is beyond me). Our carpets are like a petri dish.

Surely you know the art must be signed! Some things are more important than secrecy. ::)

PB&Leather, Mmmmmm. My kdis do this kind of art with toothpaste or yogurt. And I love that she signs her work. =)

LOL - Hannah has a similar tendency to leave her signature, thus rendering hours of tortuous questioning as to who the culprit is unnecessary. I should thank her one of these days…
But oh my - what a mess.

Yummmy…
May 12th, 2008 at 7:10 pm

Oh my! My husband will not allow me to purchase anything new until the children are much, much older for this reason. Our couches have definitely seen better days. These pictures made me laugh. Thanks for sharing!
